I'm currently playing the waiting game. If you're a writer, you know what I'm talking about :) I'm trying to convince myself it's a good thing b/c in order to forget this 'game' I'm writing, writing, writing. Even surprised myself by knocking out about 10,000 words this week and it's only Thursday. That is all. *Sigh* Back to writing :)

I know what you're waiting on! I'm waiting on stuff too. Hang in there.
I am, don't worry :) And I know you are too! It's hard not to get antsy, but it's seriously increased my writing energy. :)
So I'm not a published writer (yet) I do understand how you feel. Man, one of these days I'll be able to complain about the waiting game! I can't wait! Does that make me sick? LOL!
I have faith in you though. You are a really good writer, Katie! Keep thinking positive thoughts! Go Katie! :D
Aww, thanks Bridget :) It doesn't matter that I'm published though. Trust me, unpubbed or pubbed, we all go through this at one time or another. The second you start subbing, you'll be playing that game ;)
Okay I don't want to play the waiting game. It should be like magic: you finish a book, a person reads said book, and poof you are published. Right? RIGHT? no? okay well if you are bored and need to chat hit me up LOL! I can help with the waiting game.
Sarai, I wish it was like that! Of course then, the payoff might not feel as good...okay, who am I kidding, I do wish it was that easy, lol!
I'm not a writer but yet can't imagine having to play that game. How trying for you. Hang in there! {{big hug}}
You're back to writing, so that's the good thing. And I had a friend get "The Call" after three years on an editor's desk, so there's always hope!!!
Good Lord I hope I don't have to wait three years! *g*
I wish you a brief wait with much good news on the other end :)
