Last night my air conditioning kicked in for the first time in 3 or 4 months. It took a few seconds to realize what the noise was. Elation quickly followed when reality set in. Soon it's going to be hot, humid, and muggy and I can't wait!! Despite the sometimes sweltering heat, I love Florida and everything about it. It's been an unusually long 'winter' and I'm using that term loosely, so I'm ready for some super sunny weather and weekend trips to the beach.Now that Spring is pretty much officially here, the plan for the weekend is to clean out my closets and box up all my winter clothes. Since I plan to be gone by this summer and definitely by the fall, I need to box them up anyway for the big move. Besides, it'll probably make our closets look bigger to potential buyers and that's a good thing. Speaking of, we did have a few more showings recently so I'm keeping the hope alive. I fell in love with our house so I know someone else will too! My sister and I are going to see Bounty Hunter over the weekend too. I love both the main characters so I hope it's as good as all the hype. If not, I still get to hang w/ my sister so I don't really care.

I love cleaning out my closet, and switching over to the new season!
I usually try to get a bag out to goodwill at the same time, clear out stuff I didn't wear that season.

I loved your cute little house. Hope it sells for you, but the selfish part of me wants you to stay. LOL
I was dying from the heat last night and had the ceiling fan on at full blast. I love the summer months when I can wear cute little sun dresses but I don't look forward to the humidity.
I'll pass on Bounty Hunter. Love Gerry but hate Jennifer and that was already a turnoff. I am going to go out on a limb and say the movie is a bomb. I think all the funny snippets were in the trailer and to be honest, Gerry isn't looking his best in that movie. Don't kill me. :P

Sniffle, sniffle. That's not for the approaching summer, it's for the inevitable approach of your moving day:-( But you know I wish you luck.
Huh. We'll I get to see How To Tame Your Dragon later on today. I'm actually kinda looking forward to it. Tried to take the boys to see Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief last week and had to run Cole out of there within ten minutes, even though it was rated PG :) Another vote for mother of the year, right?
I love reorganizing my closet, and always change/pack away everything in fall and spring. And I LOVE spring cleaning, especially de-cluttering. I always go through the kids' stuff and donate everything they don't use, otherwise we'd seriously drown in toys. I always feel so much better once everything is neat and tidy (but it's so hard with three men in the house!!! It never stays that way for long.)
Plus my garden is coming to life, and I love getting out there before the bugs destroy in in April and May.
The house we're looking at doesn't even HAVE air conditioning. Hardly needed here in the Rockies. I don't miss those 10 months of trying to keep the house cool enough to breathe. Of course, now we'll deal with heat, but even so, the change of seasons is something I'm looking forward to. There really isn't Spring in Florida -- just a couple of days before summer kicks in, although it was an unusual winter this year.
